Each of Blackpool's three Piers provide the ultimate in great entertainment, including theatres, amusement arcades, shops and restaurants. Each pier has its own charm and character. North Pier is famous for its theatre and seasonal shows, shops, bars and restaurants. Central Pier offers you a show bar and the huge Ferris Wheel, as well as a whole host of amusements. South Pier is simply perfect for full-on family fun, with its circus-marquee entrance and spectacular rides.  Therefore whatever entertainment you choose, a visit to any of the Blackpool Piers is a great day out, with fantastic offers on Jugs of Beer, Family ride tickets and top quality shows from dawn 'til dusk.

Remains as popular as it ever was and is the oldest of the three piers. In fact it is a promenade's and sunbathers paradise  and the quieter of the three piers.  North Pier is a fantastic example of Victoria architecture which is well worth a visit maybe just for a leisurely stroll although once your there, you'll find that entertainment really tops the bill!  Come along and ride the Carousel and then relax in the Carousel Bar.  The National Piers Society chose the pier as 'Pier of the Year 2004.'  Like many it was damaged by ship collision (1892, 1897) and fire (1921, 1938), and its landing stage was lost in a storm in 1987.  Nevertheless its ornate Victorian design survives.  Besides the traditional bars and arcades the pier boasts a tramway taking visitors down to its fully refurbished theatre, Venetian Carousel ride and Sun Lounge.  New for 2004 was an exhibition marking the centenary of the birth of toothy Lancashire comedian George Formby.

Offers the opportunity for a great day and night out in 2007.  The arcades are open all day and into the evenings but don't stop there.  Take a walk into the 'Pier End Family Bar' where there's great entertainment day and night for all the family with a resident music band and children's entertainers.  From the famous Central Pier Big Wheel you can almost reach the clouds at 108 feet high and enjoy many other fairground ride including the waltzer, dodgems, a mini wheel, the Jumping Star and Simulator. 

Adrenalin daredevils flock to the South Pier with its amazing range of rides including the famous Adrenaline Zone with the Crazy Mouse, Sky Coaster free fall tower and the Skyscreamer reverse bungee.  The fantastic Laughing Donkey Family Bar was refurbished for 2004 and Desired FX entertain families right the way through the season.  Desired FX will be joined by childrens entertainers Becky and Aldini, making it fun for all the family.
