The proprietor Brian Ludlow reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any party to that contract cause any detriment to the well-being or comfort of other guests.

All guests should make themselves aware of the following conditions of booking which generally apply to all bookings nationally

1. We only accept familie's couples, singles and senior citizens

2. All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit, and at the tariffs applicable according to the season.

3. Breakfast times are pre-arranged between 8.30am and 9am. Kitchen closes at 9am and no allowance can be made for meals not taken.

4. Sunnydale Hotel 30 Vance Road, Blackpool, FY1 4QD is Non smoking throughout including bedrooms. Brian Ludlow reserves the right to terminate your stay if this part of the smoking law is broken. The owner of any Hotel who has opted for no smoking in the rooms could still be fined £2,500. And the person cought smoking in non smoking rooms could be fined £50 set by the UK govenment.

5. The proprietor cannot accept responsibility for the loss of guests property unless handed in for safe custody.

6. Accounts must be paid on arrival and cheques will only be accepted if prior arrangements have been made with the proprietor to allow for bank clearance.

7. In the event of any cancellation or curtailment, should the accommodation not be re-let, the person whose name appears on the Confirmation of Booking Form will be liable to pay for the total cost as per the reservation, less an allowance for food and service.  Deposits are not refundable but will be deductible from any claim for compensation arising out of any cancellation or curtailment of the contract.

8. When booking your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract and it is recommended that you take out holiday insurance cover.   We can provide further details of cancellation policies available if requested.
