We are located in a quiter area of Blackpool – North Shore, only a couple of minute’s walk from the beach and tram stops, the North Pier, Town Centre, Blackpool Tower and other main attractions are just a short tram ride away.
All our rooms offer En-suite facilities, free Wi-Fi , and have comfortable beds and fresh linen, hairdryers. A complimentary hospitality tray offering tea, coffee, biscuits are replenished daily. We are proud of our high standard of cleanliness and rooms are serviced daily.
Our delicious Breakfast is included in the room rate, and is made with fresh locally sourced produce served in our modern dining room, and is complemented with cereals, fruit juice, toast, preserves and unlimited freshly brewed tea and coffee.
We are happy to accomodate any special dietary requirements (gluten-free / dairy-free etc.) Please give us as much notice as possible.

This room has been recently refurbished this year and is very popular with guests, it is very cosy and romantic.
This room has a super king size bed, and can be changed to a twin bed if requested, it is suitable for a couple.
Family Room
This family room has been refurbished last year, it has modern En-Suite and can accomodate up to 5 guests, it has 2 comfortable double beds and 1 single bed, and it is suitable for young family of 2 adults and 3 childrens.
Double Room
This En-Suite double room has been recently refurbished this year, it is located on the first floor.
